Peak Season (1st April – 30th September & 18th December – 3rd January)

  • Fridays - £2,500
  • Saturdays, Bank Holidays Sundays - £3,250
  • Sundays – Thursdays - £2,250

Mid Season (1st October – 17th December)

  • Fridays - £2,250
  • Saturdays - £2,750
  • Sundays – Thursdays - £1,750

Low Season (4th January – 31st March)

  • Fridays - £1,750
  • Saturdays - £2,250
  • Sundays – Thursdays - £1,500

All prices are subject to VAT at current rate.

Hire Details

  • Exclusive use of the venue
  • Preparation area for Bride and attendants prior to any Civil ceremony
  • Assistance with planning your day prior to the event and discreet management on the day itself.
  • 20 round tables, 200 dining chairs, Civil ceremony chairs, 6 trestle tables, 1 cake table, 6 wooden high chairs
  • Display frame for seating plan, wireless microphone, i-pod docking station.
  • Electricity supply. Heating and or cooling system throughout Barn area.
  • *2 Large Bottles of Winkworth Farm Mineral water per table of 10 guests
  • Emergency 100 KVA generator. Serviced lavatories, Car parking facilities,
  • External Garden and Courtyard Furniture, Garden Games, Exterior illuminations for the evening. Use of Gardens, Courtyards and Meadow for photography
  • Commercial kitchen for use by our approved caterers only
  • A Tree is planted on the farm for each wedding and or reception that takes place.
  • Use of Gardens, Courtyards and Meadow for photography. External Garden and Courtyard Furniture. If required Garden Games and evening lanterns are available for Hire (please contact us)
