Cotswold stone Long Room Barn can accommodate 40 guests seated in
comfort, with it’s own cloakrooms, kitchen, and bar area.
This can be increased to 200 guests with the addition of a luxurious
marquee

Registry offices at Cirencester,Gloucestershire or Chippenham & Swindon Wiltshire all approximately 14miles away.

With over twenty years experience in hospitality and event management
we are able to recommend excellent Florists, Photographers, Caterers,
Bands, Outside Bar operators, and Wine merchants etc, however we
do not insist you use them. We also have a “No corkage charge”
policy.

Our aim is to give each couple a wonderful day, and provide a home from
home environment. Photographs can be taken in the beautiful Cotswold Stone
sunken garden, complete with handcrafted Gazebo built some seventy years
ago. Alternatively, there are lawns, ponds, woodlands and even acres of
sunflowers growing if you marry during August.

The Barn Hire £1500 plus VAT
from 08.00hrs to Midnight

Luxury Marquee £1200 plus VAT
from 08.00hrs to Midnight.
The Marquee Hire includes...
- All Carpet
- Linings
- Lighting
- Round Tables
- Trestle Tables & Chairs for up to 200 Guests.

- We ask for music to finish at Midnight , and Guests to have departed by 12.30am
- An additional hour is available by seperate negotiation.
- The barn can be hired for private parties over shorter periods please contact us for details.
- A non refundable deposit of £250 is payable on confirmation of a booking.
The balance is due 30 days prior to the event.
