Hire – what’s included

Totally exclusive use of the venue. Access to the barn is from *11am on the day. Last orders at the bar are called at 11.30pm. At midnight your music stops and guests depart. Suppliers off site by 12.30am.

*Caterers have their own access and earlier access if required.

Assistance with planning your day prior to the event and discreet management on the day itself.

Hire of the venue includes:

• The supply of up to
  twenty round tables

• Two hundred dining chairs

• Ceremony chairs

• Six trestle tables

• A cake table

• Six wooden high chairs

• A handmade rustic easel for your seating plan

• Wireless microphones

• iPod, laptop or CD Connection for background music within the barn

• Electricity supply

• Barn heating system

• Backup emergency 100 KVA generator

• Serviced lavatories

• Car parking facilities

• External garden and courtyard furniture

• Commercial kitchen
  (for our approved caterers only)

• Use of the gardens, courtyards and the meadow for photography

• Cutlery & linen is supplied by your chosen caterer

• Glassware is included in drinks package and service charge costs

Additional decor such as lanterns, lights, Daisy’s Horse Trailer and more can be hired at reasonable rates from Winkworth Hire.

Extras

Please note onsite Courtyard Barn accommodation and Glamping is not included in the venue hire fee. More information can be found on the accommodation page.

If you choose to have an onsite ceremony, there is a ceremony fee of £250 incl. VAT, which is in addition to the registrar’s or celebrant’s own fees.

If you book a Saturday wedding you have the option of *Sunday barn hire from 11am - 4pm (suitable for a BBQ or brunch get together) £600 incl. VAT - *subject to availability at the time of your booking.

You can hire the Winkworth Farm venue and/or site including the Holiday Lets exclusively for a whole weekend. Price on application and subject to availability.
