Winkworth Farm is set on the edge of the beautiful Cotswold countryside. With its stunning barns, gardens and converted farm buildings it makes the perfect backdrop for any wedding or ceremony.
In our relatively short history, we’ve become one of the most loved Cotswold wedding venues. And when you stroll through our gardens and take in the magical scenery, it’s easy to see why. A short distance along our private drive and you’ll find yourself in the heart of 220 acres of organic pastureland, with colourful flora, fauna and far reaching views of open countryside.

We offer a personal service here at Winkworth. It’s something that’s helping us to become one of the most sought after wedding venues in Wiltshire. Since hosting our first reception in 2004 our experience of making unforgettable days has grown. And everything we’ve learnt has helped us develop the belief that every detail needs to be perfect. So we’ve made sure that Winkworth offers everything you could want from a modern wedding venue. Couples can hold a ceremony in either the Roundhouse Gardens or The Long Barn for up to 150 guests. While the main Threshing Barn can host a ceremony of up to 200.
What makes us unique?
We strongly believe in promoting and using local suppliers and their produce. We’ve also installed the latest green technology to reduce our carbon footprint, which in turn helps our guests create a far greener event. And, more recently, we’ve renovated a group of Cotswold stone barns to make sure we can accommodate the big occasion whatever the weather. We’ve installed a custom-designed energy efficient heating system to provide instant heat for winter events. And we’ve got our very own Winkworth water that we bottle at the source within our grounds. It’s this attention to detail that we believe makes us truly unique.

For a tailor-made Cotswold wedding venue in an idyllic rural setting Winkworth is one of a kind. With well-established lawns, herbaceous borders, a stunning sunken garden and acres of organic meadows, there are plenty of magical photo opportunities to help you capture your special day. We’re also available for exclusive use, with a choice of excellent caterers nearby who use local, fair-trade and organic produce wherever possible.
